VISION
The Pre-Health Coalition is a unique, collaborative initiative headed by student leaders from four different pre-health organizations at the University of Houston. We aspire to provide resources and avenues through which students can further their interests in medicine. We hope to also serve as the representative voice of undergraduate students at UH who are interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field. Our hope is that our events will inspire conversation and increase awareness of health disparities specific to our Houston community.

Health in Houston
Save the date for our inaugural Pre-Health Symposium this fall 2019! Join us on November 9th from 9:00AM-3:30PM in the Student Center South at the University of Houston Main Campus. Our theme for this year is ‘Health in Houston’. We welcome all faculty, students, and guests to join us in learning more about the state of healthcare as it pertains to various communities in Houston. Breakout sessions will include a Women in Medicine panel, an interview workshop hosted by students from the Baylor College of Medicine, and MORE! Take this opportunity to learn and network with other undergraduate students, medical students, and local healthcare professionals. Stay tuned for our session theme release!
